How to change the local administrator password using a General element.
Desktop Authority versions 9.x and latest:
Select the Client Configuration | Profiles | User and expand a profile. Select the General object and select the Add button to create a new element. Scroll down to the Local admin password section and select the “Set password” to allow fields to be edited. Specify the password twice to confirm. Specify validation logic, select save and replicate.
Desktop Authority versions 7.x-8.x:
Browse to a User Management Profile and select the General element. Create a new element and select the Set option to specify a password for the local administrator. Select OK when completed. Specify validation logic, save and replicate.
