This tool can gather the following data and combine it all into a single ZIP file:
- KACE Agent configuration and log files
- Windows Event Logs
- MIscellaneous smaller diagnostic output files
- Disk space capacity and usage
- RAM capacity and usage information
- Client Network information
- HOSTS file
- Currently Running Processes
- Environment Variables
- Windows System Info output
- MAC OS System Profiler
This tool can automatically resolve certain issues:
- Check port-access to the SMA
- Set/Change the SMA Host entry
- Force the agent to "retrust" the appliance
- Force Inventory to run
- Force Managed Installations to run
This toolkit, which replaces the previously available KaptureState, aids in the troubleshooting of the endpoint devices.
