The GPOADmin "Connect To" dialog takes a long time to show existing GPOADmin Service Connection Points -

When opening the GPOADmin Client and clicking "Connect To", the dialog displaying the GPOADmin servers/connections takes a very long time.
It does not depend on the number of GPOADmin servers. Once the Service Connection Points (SCPs) which are displayed in the list have been loaded, the connection and performance when browsing inside the GPOADmin Client is fine.

原因
The Service Connection Points (SCPs) are discovered at the moment you open the "Connect To" dialog and currently all DCs/GCs are queried.
In an environment where a number of DCs/GCs are in a DMZ and are not accessible the SCP query can take a long time due to timeouts when connecting to each DC/GC.

We have created an enhancement request with the following ID: 161170
The enhancement request is to improve the SCP discovery in a future release of GPOADmin.
