Startup the server in debug mode and confirm the following error:
2015-07-07 15:21:48.000 DEBUG [native] Not adding JVM library
D:\Quest_Software\Foglight\..\jre/bin/client\jvm.dll to the search path as it
does not exist.
2015-07-07 15:21:48.000 FATAL [native] Could not find any Java VM shared
library. The program will not be able to start correctly. Please check the JRE
subdirectory of the application home directory D:\Quest_Software\Foglight. The
error was 'No such file or directory'
Confirm the JRE folder in the Foglight directory exists.
In my case, the jre folder was renamed to jre.old
We renamed it back to just "jre" and the FMS started up.
