1) Stop all four services,
erwinApacheServer
erwinER360
erwinMartPortal
erwinVaultService
2) Go to the directory C:\Program Files\erwin\Mart Portal\MartApp\config
edit the files
log4j2-er360.xml
log4j2-portal.xml
log4j2-vaultservice.xml
Change all occurrences of INFO to DEBUG
3) Save the changes
4) Restart all the services in step 1
5) Reproduce the issue
6) Gather the log files from
- C:\Windows\System32\config\systemprofile\AppData\Local\erwin\Mart Portal\logs\martportal.log
- C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\ERwin\Mart Server\logs\martportalupgrade.log <-- NOTE: this is the old directory, the new directory is now C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\erwin\Mart Portal\logs\
- C:\Windows\System32\config\systemprofile\AppData\Local\erwin\Mart Portal\logs\vaultservice.log
- C:\Windows\System32\config\systemprofile\AppData\Local\erwin\Mart Portal\logs\er360.log
And attach them to your support issue
