原因
In the source SharePoint site, the affected files are showing an error for "Version History".
As the version history is broken on those files Content Matrix is failing to read the versions.

This is SharePoint environment issue; you could try to solve the issue with the versions within SharePoint
or
Safely ignore the error, as Content Matrix will migrate the published/major version of the file.
