The Change Auditor Agent v7.5 will not start after successful installation

原因
If the SQL Server 2022 Local DB doesn't get installed, the Change Auditor Agent doesn't start.
Below mentioned messages will be displayed in the Agent logs.

対策
If SQL server Local DB 2022 and the required MSVC++ redistributable (2015-2022) are not installed on agent host, the CA agent will install them when started. So, it is suggest to restart the server a few times at different times (there is no predefined number).
