Unable to config ODA When adding ODA instance to CA, dialog box to authenticate towards ODA stays blank (4374675)

Product Defect: 473367 : The Windows Client Administration/On Demand Audit does not display a web page

This should be addressed in the next Hotfix for 7.4.

Workaround is to do the following:

1. Open up Windows file explorer
2. Navigate to 'C:\Program Files\Quest\ChangeAuditor\'
3. Right-click on the "Client" folder, open properties and go to the security tab
4. Add in the "Everyone" or "Authenticated Users" security principle, grant it FULL access, and allow inheritance to child folders, click apply.
5. Close the Windows client
6. Open the Windows client "As an Administrator" (Right-click > Run As... > Run As Administrator)
7. Run the wizard, you should see it complete successfully now.
8. After that, you shouldn't need to run the Windows client "as an admin" to get the wizard to work again.
9. You should be able to remove the "Everyone" or "Authenticated Users" security principle from the Client folder.
