Setup is completed, but the Change Auditor Coordinator service and tray icon is missing after new installation of ChangeAuditor.
We have seen in few cases, this may have been caused by User Account Control settings on the Windows Server.
To resolve this issue:
1) Uninstall the current installation of the Quest ChangeAuditor Coordinator from 'Add / Remove Programs' or 'Programs and Features'.
2) Reboot the host if possible to ensure that all uninstallation changes are committed.
3) Right-click on the 'Autorun.exe' and choose 'Run as Administrator'.
4) Complete the setup again using the same settings -- the account you are logged in with should be a Domain Administrator at the time of installation.
