Long running query detected. Problem report is located in <GUID>.xml (4249469)

Reviewing the Coordinator logs you find  - SQL error: TIMEOUT on INSERT INTO dbo.AuditEvent_AlertQueue ( QueryID, AlertTypeID, TimeReceived, _id )  SELECT 'd5cbd88d-9da7-4b5b-8a6b-2b925f1cd731', 3, TimeReceived, AET._id

To find the long running query:

1. Open SQL Management Studio
2. Open a new query
3. Paste the following: Select QueryName From Query.Information Where QueryID='<GUID>'
   Example: Select QueryName From Query.Information Where QueryID='d5cbd88d-9da7-4b5b-8a6b-2b925f1cd731'
4. The results will show which Search is causing the long running query

Consider modifying the Search(Delete the search and recreate new one) if it returns a very large amount of data.

If the Coordinator log also has warnings similar to "Too many events in Scheduler task queue: 1003 (maximum: 1000), cannot accept more.", Please try the following:

1. Open Regedit on the Coordinator
2. Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Quest\ChangeAuditor
3. Create a new DWORD named: SQLTimeout 
4. Set the value to 600 decimal
5. Create another DWORD named: BulkSQLTimeout
6. Set the value to 600 decimal
7. Restart the Coordinator
