Restarting the DataLoader service modifies the EnableADAL registry key -
説明
For on-premises environments where Basic Authentication is the only valid authentication method, setting the EnableADAL key to 1 may force users to authenticate using the O365 sites instead of the local on-prem Exchange servers. -
原因
ArchiveManager DLLs set this key to 1 as part of Basic Authentication deprecation for O365. -
対策
Workaround
1. Download the attached DLL.
2. Log in to the AM server as the Dataloader account.
3. Stop the Archive Manager DataLoader Service.
4. Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Quest\Archive Manager and back up the Quest.AM.MAPI.ProfileMaker.DLL file.
5. Replace this DLL with the one you downloaded.
6. Go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Common\Identity and make sure the `EnableADAL` key is set to 0.
7. Restart the Dataloader service.
8. This should force Basic Authentication. -
