After clicking on the "Send To Me" button, the "To" field (recipient field) is not populated automatically. When the recipient address is manually entered and the message is sent, the message window remains open and the message is not sent.

1. Login to Archive Manager Web with the user account that has administrative rights.
2. Click Administration.
3. Click Logins and search for the user facing the problem.
3. Click Edit. At the Email Address field, enter the correct email address of the user.
4. Click Update. Logout from Archive Manager web.
5. Login with the user account experiencing the issue.
6. Click the "Send To Me" button. Now the "To" field should be populated with the correct email address.
