Error when running the PST Importer:
"Unable to add PST file
MAPI Error !
Interface: IMsgServiceAdmin
Code: Not Found"
1. Running PST Importer on workstation where Outlook is not installed.
2. Running PST Importer on Archive Manager server that has Outlook installed, in which case there is a MAPI conflict.
Run the PST Importer on a workstation (not the Archive Manager server) that has Outlook installed.
Outlook should never be installed on the Archive Manager server, as their MAPI versions are not compatible.
If you had installed Outlook on the Archive Manager server, take the following steps to rectify the MAPI conflict:
1. Uninstall Outlook, using the Microsoft instructions.
2. Uninstall the Exchange tools
3. Install the Exchange tools again.
