原因
This error message indicates that the MAPI Dataloader configuration is missing the Journal mailbox name specified for gathering journal emails or if the specified Journal mailbox name cannot not be found.

対策
1. Open your web browser and navigate to the Archive Manager Administration website.
2. Go to the "Data Loaders" tab.
3. Find and click on the "MAPI Data Loader" entry to edit its settings.
4. Locate the field for the mailbox used for journaling.
5. If the mailbox name is not specified, enter the name of the mailbox.
6. If the mailbox name is already specified, ensure it is set to the legacy Exchange Distinguished Name (DN) format, such as: /o=First Organization/ou=First Administrative Group/cn=Recipients/cn=ArchiveMgr_Journal
7. Save the changes to the MAPI Data Loader settings.
8. Confirm that the MAPI Data Loader is correctly configured with the specified mailbox name.
9. Restart the Dataloader Service in the Archive Manager Server
