When opening a stripped message with an attachment in Outlook the following message under the subject line is displayed:
"Not able to find a temporary folder!"
When a MAPI Profile is set up, Outlook places attachments in temporary folders for that profile. This error occurs when Outlook tries to reassemble stripped messages and place the attachment into that temporary folder. If this folder does not exist, the form cannot place the attachment into it.
This error is typical in migration scenarios.
The temporary attachment folder is automatically created by Outlook when a message containing an attachment is received and opened. To verify this, send the user a message with an attachment and have the user open the message and attachment.
