After upgrading to AA 8.6.3 and upgrading the audit agents... they are not getting new events.
Checking on the DC where the agent is installed the following error message is visible on the Application event logs.
Error message: CActiveAdministratorAgent::DoAgentWork - Unable to open the database.
Provider cannot be found. It may not be properly installed.
