You get an "Incorrect password" error when joining the existing Intrust organization during the upgrade even though you are entering the correct password in the following cases:
Case 1: While doing a fresh installation the installer is corrupted or aborted/canceled for some reason during the process and is re-launched. You can get this error because of old OpenSSL binaries.
Case 2: While upgrading the product from 11.4.x even after giving the correct password.
