Timeout on the first startup of version 5.17, after upgrading it from version 5.15.1.

Error message "An Exception occurred while executing a Transact-SQL statement Invalid column name 'Timeout'
Cause

Upgrade from the console running into a timeout
Resolution

Use the upgrade script to upgrade the database manually as per the quick start guide
