Administrator opens Admin Settings - Security and applies full permission on Target Environment to user for Insights wanted. Administrator enters user with email address (user@domain.com).
User is unable to open Insights, message on try to open Insight says "You do not have the required access rights to view this Insight. Please contact your administrator to obtain access rights for...."
Use either of the following options to resolve this issue:
- either enter user in Admin Settings - Security by use of AD user name (like domain\username) or enter user's SAM account name (like username)
- or alternatively assign a mailbox to the user
