How to make Toad for Oracle to default to lowercase names when doing a "Save As" in Proc Editor? (4232298)

How do I set Toad for Oracle so that it defaults to lowercase names when I do a "Save As" in Proc Editor

Example:
1. Right click the on "Packages" from the schema browser.
2. Click on "Create package".
3. Type the name of the package and press enter.
4. Go to File | Save as .

The default is TEST.pks, automatically set as uppercase. Is there a way of setting it to default to lower case object name?

Toad does not have a setting to change the default format of object names. The format in the script does not necessarily reflect the name as stored by the database or Toad unless it is preserved with double quotes.

WORKAROUND:
Enclose object name in double quotes. Since Create New Objects does not allow double quotes in the name field, to do this, double quotes need to be entered into the script directly.

Example:
CREATE PROCEDURE "test_proc" (....
