Attestation Report

This report displays the current attestation status of all GPOs with attestation enabled or only those where attestation will expire within a specified number of days.

Intune Readiness Report

This report details which GPO can be migrated to Intune. The report groups the results into the following categories:

•
Ready To Migrate: 100% of the settings are supported (excluding deprecated settings).
•
Attention Required: Not all settings are supported and should be reviewed.
•
Not Migratable: 0% of the settings are supported.
•
Not Applicable: The GPO has no settings.
•
Errors: Errors encountered determining if a GPO can be migrated.

Creating Controlled Object Reports

To create Controlled Object Reports

NOTE: You must use the GPOADmin console to create Controlled Object Reports.

Expand the GPOADmin node.

Right-click Reports and select New | Report.

Select the type of report to run.

Settings Report

Click Next.

Select the service that you want to report on and click Next.

Select the object you want to report on and click Next.

Select the version you want to report on and click Next.

Select to run the report or to save the report settings, and click Finish.

Difference Report

Click Next.

Select the service you want to report on and click Next.

Select the object, or objects you want to report on and click Next.

If you are comparing different versions of one object, select a Base version and then the Comparison versions.

If you are comparing multiple objects, in the Base column, select the Base object that you want to compare the other objects to.
In the Version column, select a version for each object to compare.

In the Show drop-down list, choose an option for which data to show in the report and click Next.

Select to run the report or to save the report settings, and click Finish.
If you have chosen to compare more than two objects, click the tab corresponding to the object you are comparing to the base object to see those differences.

Group Policy Comparison Report

History Report

When using the Workflow Approval through email feature, select the Report on all trustees option to view Approve and Reject actions performed by approvers who are not GPOADmin users or administrators.

Select to include all the activity for the specified users and objects or only the activity during a specific time period and click Next.

Select how you want to group the report results and click Next.

Select to run the report or to save the report settings, and click Finish.

Compliance Report

Click Next.

Change Auditor Report

Select the service you want to report on and click Next.

Select the object you want to report on and click Next.

Select a time interval to report on, and click Next.

Choose the object you want to Group by, Sort by, and the Sort order, and click Next.

When you are finished with the report, click Close.

You can also see Change Auditor information about objects on their Property pages, on the Change Auditor™ tab (Viewing and editing object properties ).

Change Auditor Working Copies Report

Select the service you want to report on and click Next.

Select the objects you want to report on and click Next.

Select a time interval to report on, and click Next.

Select to run the report and/or to save the report settings and click Finish.
You can see the changes made to the working copies under the Check Out section of the report.

When you are finished with the report, click Close.

Deployment Report

Select the domain you want to report on and click Next.

Select the object types to display and an optional date range and click Next.

Select to run the report and/or to save the report settings and click Finish.

When you are finished with the report, click Close.

Protected Settings Assignment Report

Attestation Report

Intune Readiness Report

Select the GPOs to include in the report.

Select the cleanup options.
To retrieve the Intune readiness data, a migration report is generated on the selected Intune tenant. This report is required to perform the actual migration which must be done manually on the Intune web dashboard.
You have the option to leave all of the migration reports, delete all of the migration reports, or delete all of the migration reports that have a supported settings percentage below a specified value.

Select to run the report or to save the report settings, and click Finish.
