'Access Denied' error when opening the STAT Configuration Assistant -
Description
When launching the Stat Configuration Assistant in the browser, an 'Access Denied' error is shown. -
Cause
Configuration of the stat-config.properties file -
Résolution
To prevent unauthorized access to the configuration page, the Stat administrator needs to edit the stat-config.properties file of the Stat Central Agent, in $STAT_HOME/config.
In that file, you can grant a user the permission by appending their computer's IP address (e.g.XXX.XX.XXX.XX) to the list. You can add multiple IPs to the list and use a comma to separate them.
Then you may need to refresh the Bowser page or restart the Stat Central Agent, and once back up, please try the Configuration Assistant again.Please, refer to the Upgrade Notes of any Stat version.
