Getting a database error while fetching EBiz schema object to add them to the CSR. The error depends on the environment selected (some environments show it while others not). What's bothering us is that we experience this issue every week at least once or twice. Restarting the central agent and the Oracle agent for the environment showing the error normally resolves the issue.
