Error upgrading Spotlight: "Unable to start service" -
Description
Customers report being unable to start the spotlight service, after an upgrade and later even after a clean install, showing the following error on the event viewer:
Unable to load JVM DLL [C:\Program Files\Quest Software\Diagnostic Server\agent\bin\jre11\bin\server\jvm.dll]: The specified procedure could not be found. (0x7f)”
