In v10.6 it's not possible to login to Spotlight Cloud when connecting via a proxy server, but is possible to log in using the same account on the Spotlight Cloud website.
The following message appears: 'Unable to login to Spotlight Cloud'
Also when trying to open a web page from the Spotlight console, the following error appears:
'A viewer could not be launched for the URL "https://www.spotlightcloud.io"'
Please connect on a machine with no proxy server.
Additional steps to check:
1. That you have set the explicit proxy server in IE. Please don’t check "Automatically detect settings" (Spotlight cannot get the proxy server automatically)
2. The Diagnostic Server gets the proxy setting directly from HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings. You can check if the value for ProxyServer key is correct.
When you make any changes, please restart the Diagnostic Server.
