IO Rate Flow refresh -
Description
IO Rate Flow refresh no longer 'flow' in proportion to the I/O level. The display only refreshed at the foreground refresh rate.

Cause
If the calibration period took place when the DB2 instance is busy, then this problem can happen.

Résolution
Please recalibrate the SoDB2 connection when the DB2 instance is relatively running quiet which will resolve the issue here.
