After encountering the ‘Partial System Outage’ issue, described in SOL268310, After following the steps a few times, when opening the Diagnostic Server App and trying to login through it, the login fails with the message:
‘The email address or password you entered is incorrect’
It is still possible to login to https://www.spotlightcloud.io/ with the same details. The Diagnostic Server service is running at the time of the login error.
