Unable to execute request (114) - Unable to find Bitlocker on themachine. -
Description
When trying to perform a bare metal backup, you receive the error:
Unable to execute request (114) - Unable to find Bitlocker on the <domain controller> machine.

Cause
This is due to the requirement that Bitlocker must be installed on the target DC when doing encrypted bare metal backups.
Since the resulting backup containers are windows virtual disk images, it is encrypted using Bitlocker.
Bitlocker needs to be installed on the RMAD console, the Forest Recovery console, and the DCs that are being backed up, when using both password protection and bare metal backups. -
Résolution
The Bitlocker feature needs to be installed, but not configured or enabled on any drives.
It just needs to be available for RMAD to use in the background.
You can determine whether or not to have Bitlocker enabled on individual drives or not, depending on your business needs; RMAD will work with either option.
You can install the feature via the Add/Remove Roles and Features section of Server Manager.
The server will need to be rebooted after enabling the feature.
