When using the Migrator for Notes to Exchange (MNE), Admin Account Pool feature and Office 365 as target, following is seen in the log file:

No Mailbox assigned for Office365 Service account or there may be a problem with a service account used within the NME Admin Pool.
Please note that during the migration process, the main Office 365 Service Account entered on the Exchange Server settings screen in MNE, must have a mailbox and license assigned. However, the admin pool accounts that are automatically created by MNE will not have mailboxes or licenses assigned to them.
1- Verify that Outlook is up-to-date by running Windows Update. Migrations with the MNE Admin Pool feature disabled may succeed, while migrations with the feature enabled may fail due to Outlook not being up-to-date.
2- Verify that you are able to login to the Office 365 portal user you are trying to migrate.
3- Verify that the Office365 Service Account has mailbox in Office365 with the matching SMTP address.
4- Verify that the Office 365 Service Account added to Application Impersonation role group in Office365. Refer to SOL81894 titled "How To: Create an account with impersonation rights in Office 365?
5- Test and perform a migration, if you still receive MAPI error 80040115 then continue with with these steps.
6- Delete all of the Outlook Profiles on the MNE Migration workstations.
7- Remove any Stored Office 365 credentials from the Credential Vault (Control Panel) on the MNE workstation if running on Windows 2008 or Windows Vista/7.
8- Delete the accounts in Office 365 that are being used with the MNE Admin Pool and recreate them.
9- Assign the Office 365 Global Admin Role to the recreated accounts and check that they have the Organizational Management Role and the Account Impersonation Role (see solution in step 2).
10- Setup the MNE Admin Pool to use the recreated accounts and perform the migration.
TheOffice 365 admin users in the pool are not assigned licenses in Office 365, so they do not consume available licenses.
