RESOLUTION:
1. Test the Autodiscovery:
- Create a test Outlook profile
- Open Outlook and right click+Ctrl the outlook icon on system tray
- Select Test E-mail AutoConfiguration...
- Put your migration account and unchek the *Guest* options
- Click test
This should succeed the Autodiscovery tests
2. Try to login from Powershell:
- $Credential = Get-Credential
- $Session = New-PSSession -Credential $Credential -AllowRedirection -ConnectionUri
https://ps.outlook.com/PowerShell -Authentication Basic -ConfigurationName Microsoft.Exchange
- Import-PSSession $Session
You should be able to connect
3. Otherwise try to reset the proxy:
netsh winhttp show proxy – View current proxy settings.
netsh winhttp reset proxy – Reset winhttp proxy settings to connect directly.
