When running the Migration pre-requisite checker, the following error is generated:
"Supported Notes client was not found"
1. Verify that the installed version is one of the following:
4. The language of operating system must be ONLY "US - International"
5. MNE requires the English-language edition OS/PowerShell on the Admin/Console workstation
