Is there a way to resynchronize one or several certain Public Folders rather than perform a full resynchronization of the entire root? (4254579)

There are a couple of options.

Option 1:

1. Stop all agents involved
2. Exclude the folder from the original collection
3. Create a new collection with just the folder to resynchronize
4. Set the "Synchronization" properties to the desired outcome, ie. Resynchronize entire data, folder structure only etc.
5. Commit Changes
6. Start all agents, Source on Source agent host, Mail Transmission Agent on Source Agent Host, Target Agent on Target Agent host for one way, and ALL agents on all Agent Hosts involved for 2 way.

Option 2 - If a new collection created is not desirable follow these steps.

1. Run MFCMAPI on any machine from which source Public Folders are accessible with the account having appropriate client permissions over the problem PFs.
2. From the Session menu select Logon and Display Store Table command.
3. In the Choose Profile window click New button.
4. In the New Profile window type the name of the Administrator mailbox which is used for the Public Folder Synchronization job. (You can find out the name of the mailbox used as Administrator mailbox for PF sync in the Properties of the source Exchange server in MMEX Management Tree).
5. Go through the steps of creating a new Outlook profile for PF Administrayor mailbox.
6. Click OK in the Choose Profile window making sure the proper profile is selected in the Profile Name combobox.
7. Double-click on Public Folders
8. Expand Public Root node.
9. Expand IPM_SUBTREE node.
10. Browse to the folder or subfolder you want tpo resynchronize.
11. Right-click the folder and select Open Associated Content Table command from the shortcut menu.
12. In the window with associated contents that opens find a message which subject starts with AelitaEMW... and delete this message.

Note: Prompts, windows and command names may slightly differ depending on the MFCMAPI version.
