Kace SMA Not Sending Nightly Administrator Emails 'Charlie Root' on version 11.0 -
Description
Kace SMA upgraded to version 11.0 or above and is not receiving Nightly Administrator Emails 'Charlie Root'. -
Cause
Nightly Administrator Emails are not going to be generated on Kace SMA on versions 11.0 or above.
Charlie root emails generated by the appliance did not contain useful information and often lead to confusion. For that reason, these emails are no longer to been generated and sent to the administrator.
