How To: Modify the display name for new created contacts -
Description
The contacts created by Directory Connector have an incorrect displayname. -
Résolution
See steps below in order to get a lastName, firstName:
1. Go to 'Directory Connector | <right-click> | Advanced Settings… | Users'.
2. Select the 'Provision Attributes' tab.
3. Select displayName and click 'Remove'.
4. Click 'Add Rule'.
5. From the 'Target Attribute' drop-down list, select 'displayName'.
6. From the 'Source Attribute' drop-down list (the unnamed box in the middle), select 'lastname' and click 'Add Attribute'.
7. In the textbox above the 'Source Attribute', type in the ", " (comma space) and click 'Add Text'.
8. In the 'Source Attribute' drop-down list, select ‘firstname’ and click 'Add Attribute'.
9. Click OK.
10. Save, Activate and run connector.
