Create Index window hangs Toad for SQL Server when execute script -
Description
In Object Explorer, user right-clicks on a database table and selects Create Index option. Options are selected in Create Index window. In Execute Script pane, OK button was selected. At this point, Toad for SQL Server hangs at this point and it has to be killed. Index is created. Issue only occurs in Toad for SQL Server 6.0
