When clicking the "Test Connection" it fails with the error:
"Connection error: An error occurred while sending the request."
Everything appears to be installed correctly, uninstall/re-install has no positive affect, no permissions issues, etc..
The following symptoms may be noted:
1. Cannot browse the ITSS website using localhost (https://localhost/) and only browsing using the server name works (https://servername).
2. The Data Warehouse restapi.log file looks normal but with no activity following start-up of the service:
