After adding a server to a site and installing the agent, the server does not appear in the list of installed agents.

At the console of the server that is not showing up on the list, the agent will need to be reinstalled and re-registered with the InTrust Server.
Uninstall the agent:
1. Open a command prompt and change directory to 'C:\Windows\ADCAgent'
2. At the command prompt, enter the following command to manually unregister the agent with the InTrust Server:
adcscm.nt_intel -remove <ServerName> <Port>
3. Once step 2 has completed, at the command prompt, enter the following command to uninstall the agent manually:.
adcscm.nt_intel -uninstall
4. Once step 3 has completed, at the command prompt, enter the following command to reinstall the agent manually:
a. Copy the following agent installation files to a local folder on the target computer:
adcscm.nt_intel.exe
adcscm_package.ini
adcscm_package.nt_intel.gz
b. Run the following command to install the agent:
adcscm.nt_intel -install
5. Once the agent has finished installing, a connection to the InTrust Server needs to be established. To establish the connection, run the following command:
adcscm.nt_intel -add ServerName Port [password]
Where:
- ServerName: specifies the InTrust Server to which you bind the agent. This may be either the NetBIOS name, FQDN, or IP address.
- Port: specifies the port number at which the server listens to the requests coming from the agent (that is the same as the listening port you specified for InTrust server during setup); the default port number is 900.
- Password: is the password for initial agent-server authentication; it is required if the Use authentication option is enabled on the InTrust server. By default this password is the same as the organization password supplied during InTrust Server installation (you can change the agent installation password in InTrust server properties). If you want to use an empty password, supply empty quotation marks (""). If authentication is disabled on the InTrust server, do not specify any password.
6. Go the InTrust Manager and right-click the Agents node and select refresh. The agent should now show up in the list of servers that have an InTrust agent.
