AUI Timepicker does not update time range from 1 hour in SQL Server Databases dashboard (4375053)

When increasing the time range in the databases dashboard of the SQL Server agent in AUI’s time picker to 1 week, 1 month, etc. the time range resets back to 1 hour. The bottom charts are not updated. The auto-refresh selector also cannot be adjusted

WORKAROUND 1

For the 7.1.0.10 SQL Server cartridge, the following hotfix is available 

1. Backup the current WCF module into the FMS from the bin folder.

   ./fglcmd.sh -usr foglight -pwd foglight -cmd util:uiexport -m system:dbwc_mssql_realtime_databases -f mssql_realtime_db.zip

2. import the fix attached to this case (the user must be logged into Supportlink to view the link to download this file)

   ./fglcmd.sh -usr foglight -pwd foglight -cmd util:uiimport -f fix_mssql_realtime_db.zip

WORKAROUND 2
Use the Classic console as described in KB 4226398

STATUS
This issue has been logged as defect FOG-8149 and has been fixed in the 7.2.2.10 release of the SQL Server cartridge.
