What do alarms and email notifications regarding the "Catalyst" mean?
The "Catalyst" alarms are related to the Foglight Management Server repository database or the server itself; for example:

Catalyst Available Database Connections Check | No database connections available for use by the server. |
Catalyst Database Latency Check | High latency between Foglight database and Foglight server. The rule creates warning alarm when database performance/latency is over 10ms. |
