Windows mapped or network drive does not show in the dashboard -
Description
The Foglight Infrastructure Cartridge (IC) agent does not display the Windows network or mapped drive. -
Cause
CAUSE 1:
The "Include mounted remote filesystems" option is set to False.
CAUSE 2:
The WMI query against Win32_MappedLogicalDisk returns blank.
CAUSE 3:
Mapped drive is created by another user other than the user running the HostAgent.

Résolution
RESOLUTION 1:
From Agent Status, ensure that the "Include mounted remote filesystems" option is set to True. Save and deactivate/activate the Windows agent.
RESOLUTION 2:
Run wbemtest and execute the following WMI query. The query should return the mapped drive. If it is blank, then something is wrong. Please contact your Windows administrator to determine why the query is not returning the network drive.

RESOLUTION 3:
Foglight does not support monitoring network mapped drives which are owned by another user. In order for Foglight to monitor it:
1. The mapped drives must be created by the same account as the HostAgent uses2. The account must have a logon session and under certain circumstances stated under the Remarks section here - https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa394194(v=vs.85).aspx -
