Provisioning Status is unknown in the Appliance Tab. This prevents the repository from being created and disk health metrics from being pulled from OMSA.
On the provisioning status page the following error is logged:
An error occurred - "An error occurred while initializing the cache for the Dell Storage Management Web Service. Try restarting the service and reload this page."
