Description
Change Auditor Agent is unable to connect to a NetApp cluster mode filer and the following error is recorded in the Change Auditor Agent log:
2016-04-04 07:46:28.966 [388][WARN][CNetAppClusterSink::FPolicyInstance::OpenApiContext(136)] Unable to connect to cluster mode filer '<filer_name>': Can't connect to host (err=10060).

Cause
The Change Auditor Agent connection to the Filer is blocked by a firewall. -
Résolution
Ensure the Change Auditor agent is connecting to the correct NetApp Filer IP Address and the network connection between the Filer and Change Auditor agent server is not blocked by a firewall.
