Description

The Coordinator is stuck in the initializing state with the following error repeatably being written to the Coordinator log
[INFO][Quest.Data.ClientSql.HandleException(0)] SQL error: TIMEOUT on SELECT TOP 1 _id FROM dbo.AuditEvent ORDER BY _id DESC
Running the SQL Query against the database it is noted that the query takes longer than the default 30 seconds to complete.
