1. Navigate to Administration | Rules & Notifications | Manage Registry Variables
2. Type RMI in the search box and click DBWC_Use_Callback_Instead_RMI | View and Edit Details
3. Click the Change button in Global Default and choose the False radio button under Select boolean value
4. Select the database agent from Global View | Settings | Administration | On-demand Data Settings, then validate connectivity with the On-Demand Data Port. There should be a green icon if the validation passes.
