Foglight provides the ability to upload FMS / FglAM support bundles directly from the UI to the FTP site.
How does one configure this properly?
The existing solution to upload support bundles from Foglight UI does not meet the enhanced security standards used in Foglight and will be removed in a future release.
We recommend uploading files directly through the support case; for more information on this approach refer to Attaching support bundles and files to a Support case (4226000).
NOTE: It is possible to upload files up to 1000MB via the service portal. If the file exceeds 1000MB, please update your service request and inquire about an alternative method using a Secure FTP portal to share the logs with support.
