The "User Level Access", "Manage Alarm Blackouts", and "Manage Agent Blackouts" areas are not supported for the Azure SQL database agents.

An Enhancement Request AZR-I-4 has also been logged for this item. This will be reviewed by the Product Manager for consideration in a future release of the Azure SQL cartridge.
