Steps to add a certificate for importing a certificate for a Foglight Agent Manager to connect to a SQL Server PI repository are detailed in KB 4228724
The fogdb store has built-in some common root CA certificates, it comes from the JAVA default Keystore (cacerts) and AWS (https://docs.aws.amazon.com/AmazonRDS/latest/UserGuide/UsingWithRDS.SSL.html). With these built-in certificates, when we monitor some databases (Azure DB, Managed Instance, RDS, on-premise databases with CA certificates) we no longer need to import certificates.
