Unable to initialize ER360 license -
Description
When we try to initialize ER360 license, get Inactive and can't complete initialization -
Cause
Missing Certificate from Nalpeiron license Server -
Resolution
Please follow below instruction
Download the certificate of licensing server Nalpeiron website using chrome browser.
- Open the URL in the browser - https://my.nalpeiron.com/login.aspx
- Click the Secure button in an address bar and select Connection is secure.
- Click on Certificate is Valid and go to Details Tab and click on Export button and save it to the system.
Import the certificate into Trusted Root Certification Authorities
- Open Command Prompt and type mmc and hit Enter to open MMC.
- Go to File menu, click Add/Remove Snap In, and add the Certificates snap-in for Local Computer.
- Right click on Trusted Root Certification Authorities, go to All Tasks, and click on Import.
- Browse the downloaded certificate and click Next and then Finish.
