DL Appliance shows an error while trying to run the provisioning wizard during initial setup:
"Provisioning is not possible: some of the disks on enclosure ####-### are not present in drive slots"
This behavior happens due to Disk Slots 0:0:12 and 0:0:13 are missing from OEM Vendor's Web Based Management Application (OMSA), due to discovery of "SAS PHY Layer" did not complete within 120 seconds due to possible SAS, Signal Cable improperly connected

Note: If the issue persists after properly reseating these component by using the above mentioned documentation, more than likely a part replacement will be necessary
NOTE: Power cycle (Dell Servers) — Turn off the system and disconnect it from the electrical outlet; press and hold the power button during approximately thirty seconds, reconnect the power cables, and restart the system
