Coexistence Manager for Notes (CMN) FreeBusy is failing from Exchange or Office 365 to IBM Domino
In the Coexistence Manager for Notes Log “DominoFreeBusyService.wlog” the following error is observed:

INFO NameRepository - Completed Domino Query
INFO NameRepository - Domino error of The server is not responding. The server may be down or you may be experiencing network problems. Contact your system administrator if this problem persists.
ERROR NameRepository - GetTargetDominoUsers() 2
System.Exception: Domino Error: The server is not responding. The server may be down or you may be experiencing network problems. Contact your system administrator if this problem persists.
at Quest.CMN.API.FreeBusy.DominoLibrary2.NameRepository.GetTargetDominoUsers(String[] clrUserEmailAddresses, String clrServerName, String clrSmtpDomain, Dictionary`2& results)
In the outlook 2010 log the following is seen in the logs:
<MessageText>Unable to resolve e-mail address <user>@<SMTP Domain> to a user.</MessageText>
<ResponseCode>ErrorMailRecipientNotFound</ResponseCode>
In the EWS.wlog the following is seen:
INFO QuestEWSService - <user>@<SMTP Domain>
INFO QuestEWSService - Response:
WARN QuestEWSService - Email Address: <user>@<SMTP Domain>, Invalid User
Notes client on the CMN FreeBusy server is not configured.
Ensure that a Lotus Notes Client 7.0.x to 9.0.1, is installed and configured in single-user mode.
